Produce up to 12 litres of frsh apple juice in a single pressing with this robust, steel and oak stave 36 Litre Cross-Beam Press. Simply fit a straining bag (optional) into the press cage, add your crushed apples and turn the handle to squeeze pure apple juice through the oak staves and into the stainless steel collection tray.

Each pressing can crush approximately 29Kg/70lbs of milled apples and yield around 12 ltrs/22 pints of juice.

The top beam can be moved to allow a manual fruit crusher to be located over the top so it drops the crushed apples directly into the cage ready for pressing.
